0.2 Mycoll is a SaaS solution that allows companies to measure the adoption and use of the various Google Workspace services, such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet and Google Chat.MyColl works by accessing the company's Google Workspace administration console and extracting use data.These data are then anonymized and aggregated to create dashboards and personalized indicators.

0.3 By using MyColl, you accept the following conditions that govern its use.These conditions are a legal agreement between you and inaubi.If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@mycoll.fr.

0.4 In the event that a formal contract has been concluded between Inaubi and a company using MyColl, the terms of this contract will prevail on these conditions of online use in the event of a conflict.

1. Registration and accounts

1.1 By subscribing to Mycoll, you confirm that you are authorized to represent the company you register.

1.2 User accounts are created automatically according to your Google Workspace accounts.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your connection identifiers.

1.3 The use of MyColl is subject to a 12 -month commitment.The termination can only be done after this commitment, except in the event of a serious violation of these conditions.

2. Customization of screens and data

2.1 Mycoll offers the possibility of customizing the screens and data displayed according to the specific needs of your business.

2.2 You agree not to use this feature to display, distribute or store illegal, offensive content or contrary to ethics.

2.3 MyColl reserves the right to delete any content in violation of these conditions.

3. Responsible use

3.1 You agree to use MyColl in a responsible manner and in accordance with all applicable laws.

3.2 Mycoll reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 You accept that any modification, personalization or arrangement of the components offered in MyColl remains the exclusive property of Inaubi.Intellectual property rights on these components, including any improvement or adaptation, remain the property of Inaubi.

4.2 Inaubi holds intellectual property rights over the entire application.

6. Conditions changes

6.1 Inaubi reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.Users will be informed of changes through notifications on the application.

7. Termination and suspension

7.1 Inaubi may terminate your access or suspend your account in the event of a blatant violation of these conditions.

7.2 You can terminate your account at any time when the engagement expires, but this will not result in the refund of paid costs, if applicable.

8. Responsibility

8.1 Inaubi does not guarantee that the service will be free from errors or interruptions.

8.2 You use MyColl at your own risk.Inaubi assumes no responsibility for direct, indirect, accidental, special, consecutive or punitive damage.

9. Guarantees

9.1 Inaubi does not make any explicit or implicit guarantee regarding the quality, precision or reliability of the service.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Responsibility of Inaubi for any complaint under these conditions, including any implicit guarantee, is limited to the amounts paid by you to use the service in the previous six months.

11. Prohibited uses

11.1 Using Mycoll, you agree not to:

11.1.1 Violate any applicable law, rule or regulation.

11.1.2 Try to access unauthorized application parties, user accounts, IT systems or related networks.

11.1.3 Use MyColl in a way that could cause damage, interruptions or operating problems.

11.1.4 Engage fraudulent or deceptive activities.

11.1.5 Distribute illegal, defamatory, offensive or contrary to ethics content.

11.1.6 Try to interfere with the proper functioning of mycoll.

11.2 Inaubi reserves the right to take measures, including the suspension or termination of the account, in the event of violation of this section.

12. Acceptance of conditions of use

12.1 By accessing mycoll, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted these conditions of use.

12.2 If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use mycoll.

12.3 The continuous use of MyColl after any modification of these conditions constitutes your acceptance of these modifications.

13. Applicable law and dispute resolution

13.1 Any dispute in connection with the use of MyColl is subject to French law.Apart from cases where the law does not allow it, the exclusive jurisdiction is made to the competent courts of Lille.
